Esq., duly affirmed on the 2nd day of February, 2023 together with the Exhibits annexed thereto,
the accompanying Affirmation of Christopher P. Keenoy, the accompanying Declaration of
GERARD FEENEMA, the accompanying Memorandum of Law, and upon all the pleadings and
proceedings heretofore had herein, the undersigned will move this Court on the 2nd day of March
2023 at 9:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, at the Supreme Court of the State
of New York, County of Kings, located at 360 Adams Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, for an Order:
(1) dismissing Plaintiff’s Complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to CPLR
§ 3211(a)(8);
(2) for such other and further relief as this Court deems just, equitable and proper under
the circumstances.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that pursuant to CPLR 2214(b), answering
affidavits, if any, are to be served upon the undersigned no later than seven (7) days prior to the
