         As we discussed on the phone, Mr. Jackson was a no-show again today after my waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes after the
         appointment time.

         Please find attached the original invoice for the Sept 6, 2022 appointment, a cumulative invoice for today (with the
         second no-show fee) and an affidavit describing the second no-show.
