Defendant(s).
This matter came to be heard upon Plaintiff's application for a temporary restraining order
pursuant to CivR. 64(A) filed on January 30, 2023. The Court finds that the publication that Defend-
ant has implemented sanctions against Plaintiff will cause immediate and irreparable harm to Plain-
tiff, and that Plaintiff has taken steps to notify Defendant of his application for a temporary restrain-
ing order. Therefore, in accordance with Civ.R. 65(A), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED as follows:
1. Defendant is temporarily enjoined from, directly or indirectly, disclosing or publicizing that
Plaintiff's membership with Defendant is revoked, that Plaintiff is subject to an investigation
with Defendant, or any result of such investigation;
2. This Order is binding upon Defendant, its officers, agents, servants, employees, attorneys,
and those persons in active concert or participation with them who receive actual notice of
this Order whether by personal service or otherwise; :
3. That this Order shall be effective immediately and continue in full force and effect through
2/13/2023.
This matter will be set for a hearing on Plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction by
separate Court Order. The Clerk is instructed to serve a copy of this Order on the Defendant in
accordance with Civ.R. 65(E).
