concerning the division of property below. This letter will also confirm our hearing on Friday,
June 1, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. concerning the outstanding issues related to possession of and access
to the children.
James Edsel Risinger, IL, is awarded the following property:
The House at 4 Randolph Place, Austin, Texas 78746
The vehicle(s) in his possession
Credit Union account(s) bearing his name
All Businesses
Western Hills Athletic Club membership
All Firearms
Household furnishings, electronics and items as indicated on the attached
spreadsheet
¢ Household furnishings, jewelry and other personal items not listed on the
spreadsheet but within his possession
