NOW COMES, Defendant / Counter-Plaintiff, ALEJANDRO MORENO, in the above-
entitled and numbered cause, and files his request to the Court to set this matter for a
telephonic Docket Control Conference, stating as follows:
This case is currently set for trial to begin February 27, 2023. The parties, however, have
not completed discovery, including depositions of parties and witnesses whose testimony is
vital to this case for the purpose of meeting current deadlines, including those regarding the
designation of expert witnesses.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff requests that the
Court vacate the current docket control order and set this case for a telephonic Docket Control
Conference convenient to the Court’s schedule for the purpose of re-setting this case for trial.
