You also made a change to the rates which we accepted. As a courtesy I split the payment up for you similar to installments in previous deals that we have done even though I don’t have to. I nego ated a great deal for you even though you took the lis ng away from me and gave it to KSR just like 46th street, 20 St Marks and even 837 2nd Ave A er I work a lis ng and things start to pick up I suddenly get fired and have to watch another broker piggy back off of my hard work and cobroke the deal, very insul ng and unexpected especially from someone who I have worked with for almost 9 years and always fought for Sorry to vent but it is what it is. Now we leased it to a new tenant. This is the 2nd tenant and its only because of the pandemic. On the last deal we only received 2/3rd of the total commission due. The payment structure in the agreement is very reasonable and is what you proposed on the last deal we did.
