the exclusive care and custody of the United States Postal Service at Buffalo, New York directed
to said persons at their respective addresses, those being the addresses within the State designated
by them for the purpose of receiving mail upon the preceding papers in these proceedings or the
places where they then kept offices, between which places there then were and now are regular
