COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, CACH, LLC., by and through its undersigned
counsel, and files this Motion for a Continuing Writ of Garnishment against Salary or
Wages against Garnishee, VALLEYCREST LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE, INC., and
in support hereof alleges as follows :
1. On or about February 14, 2008, Plaintiff obtained a judgment against the
Defendant for the sum of $2,388.07
2. Pursuant to Florida Statutes Section 77.19, Garnishee is notified that Plaintiff
expects to recover $2,388.07 for the amount due on the Judgment, plus $178.00 for the
cost of this garnishment taxable under F.S. 77.081 (2) and F.S. 77.28, and a fee of $36.00
for service of process. THE TOTAL AMOUNT PLAINTIFF EXPECTS TORECOVER
