Pursuant to Florida Rules of Civil Procedure 1.420(e)
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that it appears on the face of the record that no activity by filing of pleadings, order of court, or
otherwise has occurred for a period of 10 Months immediately preceding service of this notice, and no stay has been
issued or approved by the court. If no such record activity occurs within 60 days following the service of this notice, and if
no stay is issued or approved during such 60 days period, this action may be dismissed by the court on it's own motion or
on the motion of any interested person, whether a party to the action or not, after a reasonable notice to the parties,
unless a party shows good cause in writing at least five (5) days before the hearing on the motion why the action should
remain pending.
The showing of good cause shall be filed with the Clerk of the Court in this action, and a copy furnished to the Judge.
lf showing of good cause is filed as provided in Paragraph 2, a hearing on the question shall be held on August 15, 2014
at 11:00AM before the Honorable Judge PHYLLIS R GALEN in COURTROOM 5-C at the:
Judge Lynn Silvertooth Judicial Center, 2002 Ringling Boulevard, Sarasota, FL 34237
Failure to show good cause as required by the rules will result in an ORDER OF DISMISSAL of this action and any fis
