MOTION FOR CONTINUING WRIT OF GARNISHMENT AFTER JUDGMENT COMES NOW the above-named Plaintiff and moves for the issuance of a Continuing Writ of Garnishment after Judgment and shows: Plaintiff obtained a Judgment on 11-14-07 against the Defendant, MICHAEL CABANA for the 1) ae sum of $14,982.27. There currently remains a balance due on the Judgment of $14,982.27 Plaintiff expects to recover said last stated sum plus legal interest at the rate of 11.00 percent pet 2) annum. Plaintiff does not believe said Defendant has in Defendant's possession visible property upon which 3) a levy can be made sufficient to satisfy the Judgment. Plaintiff has reason to believe that Garnishee has in its hands possession or control, goods, monies, chattels or effects belonging to Defendant Plaintiff believes that there is an employee/employer relationship between the Garnishee and the 4) Defendant.
