Before the Court isthe Unopposed Motion To Withdraw As Counsel (the “Motion”) filed

Andrews Kurth, LLP. The Court finds that the Motion should be and ishereby GRANTED.
Accordingly, it isORDERED that John T. Gerhart, Grayson L. Linyard, and the law firm
of Hunton Andrews Kurth, LLP are withdrawn as counsel of record for Defendant Keith Ross in
this action.
It isfurther ORDERED that all future correspondence and papers inthis action should be
served on Defendant Keith Ross at his address of is4616 Locust Street, Bellaire, Texas 77401,
