PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR CONTINUING WRIT OF GARNISHMENT

COMES NOW Plaintiff, MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT, INC., by and through its
undersigned attorneys, pursuant to Section 77.0305, Florida Statutes, moves the Court for the issuance
of a Continuing Writ of Garnishment, and as grounds would state as follows:

1. Plaintiff obtained a Judgment in the amount of $4,032.58 against Defendant on January 25,
2022.

2. The current balance due is $4,161.19. Statutory interest accrues in accordance with Section
55.03, Florida Statutes, from the date of the Judgment until the Judgment is paid in full.

3. Plaintiff's research and due diligence indicates that the Defendant is employed by Garnishee
who is indebted to Defendant for periodic wages.
