1. Plaintiff's Summons and Complaint was returned as non-served.
2. Plaintiff's counsel has searched the Defendant using various skip-tracing methods and
is attempting to locate a good address for service of process.
3. Plaintiff wishes the opportunity to serve the Defendant with a new Summons.
4. This Honorable Court should not dismiss this matter for lack of prosecution, as there
has been record activity through the filing of Plaintiff Motion for Extension of Time.
5. Plaintiff is requesting a one hundred twenty (120) day extension in order to perfect
service upon the Defendant.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Honorable Court not dismiss this matter
for lack of prosecution.
