You are commanded to summon NATALIA VELASQUEZ, Building Official for the City
of Edinburg located at 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Texas 78541, to appear before a Court
Reporter at the Law Office ofO’Hanlon, McCollom & Demerath located at 220 S. Jackson Road,
Edinburg, Texas 78539, on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at 2:00 o'clock a.m., in order to give
deposition as a witness on behalf ofthe Defendant in the above styled Civil Action, to attend from
day to day until lawfully discharged.
SAID ABOVE NAMED WITNESS IS FURTHER COMMANDED to produce at said
time and place set forth above, the following books, papers, documents, or other tangible things,
to wit: the following Discovery, investigation reports, recordings, memorandums, photographs,
and or/a complete file/including any reports/supplemental reports, and any all other books, papers,
documents, or other tangible things, to wit: in the above-referenced matter. A complete copy of
any and all records you have penaining to Enviro-lite Solutions. Inc. and USA Promlite
Technology, Inc.
Contempt. Failure by any person without adequate excuse to obey a subpoena served
upon that person may be deemed a contempt of the court from which the subpoena is issued
or a district court in the county in which the subpoena is served, and may be punished by
fine or confinement, or both. Tex. R. Civ. P. 176.8(3).
DO NOT FAIL to return this writ to said Court, with return thereon, showing the manner
of execution.
