Affirmation of Robert B. Liddell, Esq.
THE SUMMONS AND VERIFIED COMPLAINT in this action having been served on
the Defendant herein and the time of said Defendant to appear or answer having expired, and said
Defendant not having appeared or answered herein.
NOW, ON MOTION of Barclay Damon LLP, attorneys for Plaintiff it is,
ADJUDGED that Richard Damico with an address of 8412 Hobnail Road, Manlius, New
York, does recover of Ronald Tyler, d/b/a Rainbow International of Onondaga & Oswego
Counties a/k/a Ron Tyler with an address of 440 State Route 34, Hannibal, New York, the
amount of $3,358.79, plus $541.00 costs and disbursements, plus interest of $123.40 making in all
the sum of $4,023.19, and that the Plaintiff have execution therefore.
