Sarasota, Florida for Kyle Long Clerk of the Circuit Court, I, Jamie Long-Wilson, dispute the inclusion of my name as a defendant in the foreclosure of the property located at 2436 Clematis Street Sarasota Fl 34239 for a note that commenced July 9" 2004 for the following reasons: 1. I am divorced from Kyle Long and the divorce was final November 19" 2003. We were not a married couple when the loan was obtained and are not to date. 2. I did not sign the note and have no financial obligation to this debt. 3. A quitclaim deed was given by me to Kyle Long and Robin Hagood December gn 2005 in Sarasota County recorded instrument #2005270912. 4. There is a marital settlement Agreement in place in Sarasota County (Recorded Instrument #2003233098) and required that I was to stay on the deed to this house and cooperate in any refinancing of this house until Kyle Long completed his payment to me for the distribution of assets owed by him to me and states: “If husband refinances the home, Wife shall cooperate in any paperwork provided she.is not liable on the loan. 5. On August 27, 2007, I contacted Countrywide, who has verbally informed me I am not on the loan. In addition, I have requested a copy of the note from them and have been told they do not know where it 1s. 6. On August 27, 2007, I contacted the attorney for the lender, Law Offices Of David J. Stern, P.A., and have requested in writing, proof of evidence that I am on the note. I have not received this document to date. 7. Ihave to date never been included in any note for this home.
