                  State of New     York,   and  not a party to the     above-entitled cause,     affirm the   following to be     true

                           That   on  December      14,  2022,   my   office  served   the  within   Joinder   of  Defendant     ACE

                  American Insurance Company (“ACE”) to Defendants Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., Warner

                  Bros.   Television,   A   Division   of  WB    Studio   Enterprises    Inc., and   WB    Studio   Enterprises   Inc.
