13 I,JESUS MARTH'JE GALARZA, respectfully represent:
14 1. I am the Personal Representative, who was duly appointed, the administrator of the Estate of
15 Oralia Galarza (the "Decedent"). The decedent died on June 27, 2020. Petition for Letters of
16 Administration was granted February 9, 2021, and the Letters of Administration were issued to
17 Petitioner (myself, Jesus Martine Galarza,) the same date.

I8 2 The matter presently calendared for December 20, 2022 at 9:00 AM is a review hearing for a
19 status reportof the Estate.
20 The Estate has not been able toproceed with selling of the real property due to ongoing matters of
21 the previously discovered creditor's claims in the form of mortgage loans once held by the
22 Decedent.
.23 4 Communication with the mortgage lien holder has been disrupted due to an internal change of
24 structure that occurred in the last fmv months.
25 5 The ability to begin closing the Estate has been complicated by this creditor's internal business
26 restructuring. I project tending to the final matters of the status of the Estate's real property before
27 filing the Petition for Final Distribution.
