MOTION TO RESCHEDULE FORECLOSURE SALE
Plaintiff, INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B., files this, its Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, and as grounds
therefore states as follows:
1. This Court previously scheduled a foreclosure sale for February 22, 2010, at the SARASOTA County
Courthouse, Florida.
2. Plainitff required addtitional time to prepare for the foreclosure sale; therefore, the foreclosure sale was
cancelled.
3. Plaintiff is entitled to proceed to foreclosure sale and the sale shall be scheduled not less than 20 days or more
than 35 days from the date of entry of the order. See Section 45.031, Fla. St. (1999).
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests this Court enter an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale.
