"ANSWER OF GARNISHEE, REGIONS BANK
TO WRIT OF GARNISHMENT

COMES NOW, REGIONS BANK, Garnishee in the above-styled cause,

by and through its undersigned counsel, hereby answers to Writ of
Garnishment, as follows:

1. At the time of service of the Writ of Garnishment herein,

at the time of service of this Answer, and at all times between

such dates, Garnishee was not indebted to Defendant, WILFREDO VEGA,

whose last known address is [unknown], with respect to any account

held in Defendant's name.

2. Except as stated above, Garnishee did not have in its

hands, possession or control any goods, monies, chattels or effects

of Defendant, at the time of the service of the Writ of Garnishment

or at the time of this Answer or at anytime between such dates, nor
does Garnishee know of any other person indebted to the Defendant
or who may have any of the property of the Defendant in its
possession or control, nor does Garnishee know of any other person
who may claim an interest in the property of Defendant.

3. Garnishee is obligated to pay its attorneys a reasonable
fee and requests this Court to award it a reasonable attorneys' fee
for the expenses incurred by it in obtaining representation in and
about this suit, as provided in §77.28, Fla. Stat., and hereby
moves this Court to order the Clerk of Court to forward to
Garnishee's undersigned attorney as partial payment of fees, the
deposit in the amount of $100.00 paid to the Court by the Plaintiff
with respect to the Writ of Garnishment.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that a true and correct copy of the foregoing
