EXT. 207 SITE SURVEY REMINDER NOTICE Gardens' Please be advised that the Esplanade Owner's Rep. and his Team will commence a unit by unit Site Survey of EVERY Shareholder's apartments, in Buildings # 5 & 6, starting Monday, February 4, 2019. This will continue daily thereafter until 100% completed. It is imperative that this survey be done to identify site conditions that will impact the work schedule or plan, prior to the commencement of work. The Site Survey will assist the Architects, Engineers and Contractors in making note of the existing finishes and bathroom facilities, pre-existing site conditions, and the best approach to perform the work in that unit. They also will be able to supply the Shareholder with specific instructions on what walls will be affected and what preparation needs to be done in their unit. The Site Survey will help the Team, with identifying individuals with special needs, such as the aged and/or infirm and units that will need some form of assistance and/or special handling. Shareholders should take this opportunity to meet with the Owner's Rep. and some of his Team, personally, to discuss their personal needs and/or concerns, directly. The Site Survey will start 27th on the fl. And take 15-20 Minutes to complete in each apartment. We intend to complete two (2) floors per day. The Site Surveys will commence at 10:00 AM each day. Access is critical, and Shareholders are requested to be home to open the door. If a shareholder cannot be home, please plan, with a neighbor or contact the Capital Improvement Committee (CapCommittee2019@gmail.com) to arrange for assistance for the Owner's Rep. and his Team to gain access in your absence.
