The plaintiff, Farmington-Girard, LLC, moves for permission to withdraw the
above-referenced administrative appeal of the January 11, 2022 decision of the Hartford
Planning and Zoning Commission pursuant to General Statutes § 8-8 (n).
The plaintiff and the defendant reached a settlement of this appeal and related
matters pursuant to which the City of Hartford purchased the property which is the subject
of this appeal on November 18, 2022, and the plaintiff agreed to withdraw all pending
litigation against the City or its agencies.
