Courthouse located at Supreme Court: Bronx County, 851 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY 10451 on
October 1, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. o'clock in the forenoon of that day or as soon thereafter as counsel can
be heard:
For an Order, pursuant to CPLR §3212, granting summary judgment on the issue of liability
in favor of the plaintiff with respect to the claims of the plaintiff against defendants upon the ground
defendants'
that no triable issue of fact exists with respect to negligence, and striking all of the
defendant's affirmative defenses related to liability, and setting the case for an immediate trial for
the purpose of assessing damages and for such other and further relief as may be just and proper.
The above-entitled action is for personal injuries. This action is not on the trial calendar.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to Section 2214(b) of the Civil Practice Law
and Rules, all answering papers, if any, shall be served at least seven (7) days before the return date
