with prosthetic cranioplasty, right VP shunt with low pressure hakim, 0-C spinal fusion with instrumentaion, cervical
syringo-pleural shunt. As per SCPD report who accompanied EMS to ER patient was struck with butt end of AK-47 type of
weapon by masked assailants during home invasion sustaining fracture of L frontal parietal cranial implant and L side
subdural hematoma
