              predecessors, successors, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, are dismissed with prejudice as against

              said defendant only, without costs; and it is further

                       ORDERED, that all cross-claims against defendant, McCORD CORPORATION are dismissed

              with prejudice and without costs.
