The undersigned represents the Defendant in the above matter, Melinda Bowe, Esq. I
conferred with P.G. Ferrara, Esq. on Monday, August 2, 2021 and we agreed to the following order
for exchange of settlement proposals:
1. Defendant to submit settlement proposal to Plaintiff no later than Friday,
August 6, 2021;
2. Plaintiff to submit counterproposal no later than Friday, August 13, 2021.
Thereafter, itis our expectation that the Court will schedule a conference with the parties to
attempt to resolve the matter. Accordingly, I respectfully request that the Court schedule a
