We represent the Petitioner-Plaintiff ONEDOL Rock Holdings LP (“Plaintiff”) in the
above-referenced action.
Plaintiff’s reply papers in this hybrid Article 78/Declaratory Judgment action are due to
be filed with the Court on November 18, 2021. Given that Plaintiff’s reply papers will be
addressing arguments raised by two separate defendants/respondents, the Village of
Scarsdale Committee for Historic Preservation and the Village of Scarsdale Board of
Trustees, we respectfully request the Court’s permission to exceed the word limitation
applicable to reply papers under 22 NYCRR 202.8-b, from 4,200 words to 7,000 words.
