MANAGMENT TERMINATION AGREEMENT
This Termination Agreement entered into on 7/9/2014 is by and between TOV
MANAGEMENT CORP. (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner"), and
METROPOLITAN REALTY & MANAGEMENT NY INC. (hereinafter referred
to as the "Agent"), collectively referred to as the "Parties".
Owner owns the property at 233 Jamaica Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11207 (hereinafter
referred to as the "Property").
Agent currently manages the Property.
Both Parties agree that effective 10/31/2014 (hereinafter referred to as the
"Effective Date") Agent will no longer manage the Property.
Agent agrees to send to Owner all rental income that has been collected and not yet
sent to Owner, as well as all rental income from the Property that will be sent by
tenants to Agent prior to and after the Effective Date.
Agent agrees to provide Owner with all books, records, files, leases, contracts,
reports, and all other documents related to the Property and the tenants prior to the
Effective Date.
Agent will return to Owner all keys and any other materials or items related to the
Property prior to the Effective Date.
Owner will send payment to Agent for services up until 10/31/2014 within 30 days
of the Effective Date.
By signing below, both Parties agree that they have read and agree to all the terms
and conditions herein.
