NANCY ERIKA SMITH, being duly sworn, hereby deposes and says:
1. I am a partner of the law firm of Smith Mullin, P.C., co-counsel with Sattiraju &
Tharney, LLP, and Block O'Toole & Murphy, LLP, attorneys for Plaintiff, Joan Gray
("Plaintiff"), in this action. I submit this Affidavit in support of the motion for my admission pro
hac vice to appear for all purposes as counsel for Plaintiff in this action pursuant to Pursuant to
22 CRR-NY 520.11.
2. My partner, Neil Mullin, Esq., who is admitted to this court and also maintains an
office at 420 Lexington Avenue, Suite 300, New York, New York 10170, is currently counsel of
record for Plaintiff in this action and, upon my admission pro hac vice, shall remain counsel of
record.

a member in good standing of the bar of the State of New Jersey. I am also admitted in the
United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals
for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

7. I have never been censured, suspended, disbarred or denied admission or
readmission by any court.
8. I am familiar with and shall comply with the standards of professional conduct
imposed upon members of the New York bar, including the rules of court governing the conduct
of attorneys and the Rules of Professional Conduct promulgated as joint rules of the Appellate
Division of the Supreme Court (22 NYCRR part 1200).
9. There are no pending disciplinary proceedings against me in any state or federal
court.
WHEREFORE, I respectfully request that I be admitted pro hac vice to appear for all
purposes as counsel for Plaintiffs in this action.
