IN SUPPORT OF MOTION BY ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
FOR ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE OF ROBERT H. O’LEARY
SUSAN F. DICICCO, an attorney duly admitted to practice in the courts of the State of
New York, and not a party to this action, hereby affirms the following to be true under penalty of
perjury, pursuant to CPLR § 2106:
1. I am a partner with the law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, attorneys of record
for Defendants Trust for Advised Portfolios, Steven J. Jensen, Christopher E. Kashmerick, and
Russell B. Simon in the above-captioned action. I am a member in good standing of the New York
Bar. Pursuant to 22 N.Y.C.R.R. §§ 520.11 & 670.6(e), I submit this affirmation in support of
Robert H. O’Leary’s application for an Order granting him admission pro hac vice to appear and
participate in this action on behalf of the above-named Defendants.
2. Mr. O’Leary is an attorney at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, One Market, Spear
Street Tower, San Francisco, CA 94105. As set forth in his affidavit, Mr. O’Leary is licensed to
practice law before the courts of the State of California and is a member in good standing of the
bar of California. He has never been disciplined by any court, and no disciplinary proceedings are

pending against him. Annexed to his affidavit is a Certificate of Good Standing from the Supreme
Court of the State of California.
3. As set forth in his affidavit, Mr. O’Leary is familiar with and will comply with the
standards of professional conduct imposed upon members of the New York bar, including the rules
of court governing the conduct of attorneys and the Rules of Professional Conduct. He agrees to
be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New York with respect to any acts occurring during
the course of his participation in this matter.
4. No prior application has been made for the relief herein requested.
5. WHEREFORE, for the reasons set forth herein, I respectfully request that this
motion be granted, and that Robert H. O’Leary be admitted pro hac vice to appear and participate
in this action on the above-named Defendants’ behalf, and for such other, further or different relief
as this Court deems just and proper.
