Now comes Patricia Van Ess-Supernault, and respectfully moves this Honorable Court for a
continuance of the hearing currently scheduled for October 7, 2022.
The reason for this request is I have been ill and under a doctor's care for Covid symptoms.
As such I was unable to retrieve my mail from my P.O. Box until I could arrange a friend to bring
it to my home. A request for continuance to Joseph P. Nichols Esq. was attempted by phone on
October 3, 2022 at 1:24pm and a message was left with his secretary and I was told he was
with a client and she stated he would return my call. As of 11:30 am on October 4, 2022 I have
yet to receive a phone call. Attached is a physician's note confirming my illness.

medication) and your symptoms are improving.
