ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR HOME FUNDING FINDERS
to secure the sum of $40,350.00, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Livingston on
December 8, 2010 in Liber 2645 at Page 1330. Said mortgage was assigned to Plaintiffby assipacñt of
mortgage duly executed on a date prior to the filingof the complaint.
