I am the Portfolio Services Supervisor for the Plaintiff in the within action and as such am fully familiar with all of the facts set forth in this affidavit. 2. I have custody of the books and records of Plaintiff,which contain the information pertaining to the execution of the note and mortgage, payment and default records and principal balance due, all of which information is contained in this affidavit and has been obtained from the said books and records kept in the regular course of business. 3. This is an action to foreclose a mortgage executed by Defendants, GIOVANN1 FRABASILE and HELEN PASEK, on March 26, 2016, to secure an indebtedness of $31,920.00. 4. Pursuant to the note secured by said mortgage the Defendants, GIOVANN1 FRABASILE and HELEN PASEK, agreed to pay Plaintiff or its successor, monthly payments in the amount of $534.65 on the 9th of every month until said loan ispaid in full (minimum monthly payments). 5. The Defendants, GIOVANNI FRABASILE and HELEN PASEK, defaulted in making the said payment on October 9, 2017, and each month thereafter, and accordingly there is a balance of $29,832.06, plus interest at the rate of 15.67% from October 9, 2017, plus advances for taxes and insurance, all as provided in the said mortgage and shown attached as schedule "A".
