Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through
Certificates Services 2006-PR1 Trust, moves this Honorable Court for an Order canceling the
Clerk's Sale, and in support thereof states, as follows:

The Final Judgment of Foreclosure was entered on February 19, 2010 in favor of Plaintiff
and Clerk's sale is scheduled to take place on June 16, 2011.
2. Plaintiff requests Clerk’s sale be canceled.
No party in interest shall be prejudiced by the proposed canceling of the sale.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests this Court for an Order canceling the
Clerk’s Sale in the above-referenced action.
