move this Court at the courthouse located at 88-11 Sutphin Blvd., Jamaica, NY 11435, at 9:30
a.m., on the 23rd day of September, 2022, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, for an
Order, pursuant to C.P.L.R. § 3212, granting Plaintiff summary judgment against Defendants
