Attorney, and files this, its Request for Judicial Notice, pursuant to F. S. 90.202 and 90.203, and
as grounds therefore would show unto the Court as follows:
1. The above-mentioned Defendant was placed on 6 months of community control
followed by 2 years’ probation on July 19, 2019, in case number 2018-CF-3532.
2. A Violation of Probation hearing is scheduled to be heard by this Court on April 5, 2021
contemporaneous with the trial of Defendant’s new law violation in 2019-CF-3738.
3. The records contained in the Court file of case number 2018-CF-3532 may be pertinent
to this Court's determination of the Defendant's Violation of Probation.
WHEREFORE, the State of Florida respectfully requests this Honorable Court to take
Judicial Notice of the Court file and its entire contents in case number 2018-CF-3532, pursuant to
