                  JOSEPH FRIED and PINCHAS BRAVER,

                           WHEREAS, upon reading and filing of the annexed affirmation of Aaron Twersky, Esq.,

                  dated June 2, 2022, and the exhibits annexed thereto, and upon all pleadings and proceedings

                  heretofore had herein, and sufficient cause having been alleged therefore;

                           NOW THEREFORE LET Plaintiff or his counsel, show cause before this Court, IAS

                  Part 82, of the Courthouse located at 360 Adams Street, Brooklyn, New York, County of Kings,

                  on the ___ day of June, 2022, at __________ a.m./p.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be

                  heard, why the following Order should not be issued by this Court:

                                a.   permitting Twersky PLLC and Aaron Twersky. Esq. to be relieved as counsel for

                                    Defendants Williamsburg Safety Patrol, Inc. a/k/a Shomrim, Shomrim, Abraham

                                    Winkler and Aharon Hollender (the “Shomrim Defendants”);

                                b.   allowing the Shomrim Defendants a reasonable time within which to retain new

                                    counsel; and,

                                c.   for such other and further relief as this Court may deem just and proper.

                           IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pending the hearing and determination of this

                  application, this matter is STAYED, including the inquest scheduled for August 10, 2022; and

                           LET service of a copy of this Order, together with a copy of the papers upon which it is

                  granted, by electronic filing and e-mail upon Plaintiff and his counsel, Andrew B. Stoll,

                  astoll@stollglickman.com, on or before June ___ 2022, be deemed good and sufficient service.
