DEBT BUYER PLAINTIFF (Debt Buyer Actions)
The undersigned, being duly sworn, deposes and say:
1. I am an authorized representative of Cavalry SPV I,LLC, ("Plaintiff') and I have access to
Plaintiff'sbooks and records ("Business Records"), including electronics records, relating to the
account ("Account") of SIMONE Y HENDERSON . The lastfourdigits of the Account number
are ************2537. In my position,I alsohave personal knowledge of Plaintiff'sprocedures
for creating and redñtaiñing itsBusiness Records, inclüdiñg itsprocedures relatingto thepurchase
and assignment of consumer creditaccounts. Plaintiff'sBusiness Records were made in theregular
course of business and itwas theregular course of such business to make the Business Records. The
Business Records were made ator near thetime of the events recorded. Based on my kñawledge
of Plaintiff'sRecords, I hav,epersonal knGwledge of the factsset forthin this affidavit.
2. On August 23, 2019, Plaintiffpurchased or was assigned the Account from Citibank, N.A.
(the "Purchase"). At that time,Citibank, N.A. assigned allof itsinterestin the Account, including
the righttoany proceeds from the Account, toPlaintiff. As part of the Purchase, Business Records
relatingto Account were transferred toPlaintiff. Following the Purchase, those Business Records
were maintained in the ordinary course of Plaintiff'sBusiness.
3. The ceraplete chain of with
title, the date of each sale or assignment of the Account, isas
follows:

4. At thistime, Defendant owes $4,919.83 on the Account. This amount includes the charge-off
halam of $4,991.93, post-charge-off interest of $0.00, and post-charge-off fees and charges of
$0.00, less post-charge-off credits or payments made by or on behalf of Defendant of $72.10.
WHEREFORE, deponent demands judgment against Defendant for $4,919.83, together with the
costs and disbursements of this action.
