Please be advised that the above-captioned matter has been assigned to the Settlement Conference
Part (SCP) and a settlement conference has been scheduled for OCTOBER 16, 2017 AT 9:15 A.M. IN
COURTROOM 1600. THIS IS A SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE.
The parties are cautioned to arrive on time for the settlement conference. Appearance at the settlement
