WHEREAS, on May 31, 2019, Plaintiff Robert Harris ("Plaintiff") filed an Amended
Complaiñt against, among others, Prestige Employee Administrators, Inc. a/k/a Prestige
Employee Administrators and Prestige Employee Administrators II,Inc. a/k/a Prestige Employee
Administrators ("Prestige");
WHEREAS, counsel for Plaintiff and Prestige agree that the time to answer, move, or
