BB 2022. 18 PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATI IN Comes now Winter Rae Wolfe of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, and respectfully shows the Court as follows: 1 That William Edward Wolfe died intestate, on or about August 16, 2021, and at the time of his death he was a resident of Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma. 2 That said deceased left estate, real and personal, in Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, and the value of said property is approximately $150,000.00, so far as known to this Petitioner. 3. That all the heirs at law of decedent and their addresses, so far as known to Petitioner, are as follows: Winter Rae Wolfe, legal age, daughter, 149 Hunter Court, Canadian, OK 74425 April Nicole Wolfe, legal age, daughter, 25517 Ridgeview Lane, Waynesville, MO 65583 Autumn Leigh Wolfe, legal age, daughter, 134 Ivmhe Drive, Eufaula, OK 74432 Summer Dawn Rogers, legal age, daughter, P.O. Box K, Crowder, OK 74430 William Edward Wolfe Jr., legal age, son, 908 NW 184th Ct., Edmond, OK 73012 Brandon Wolfe, legal age, son, 908 NW 184th Ct., Edmond, OK 73012 Natasha Brewer, legal age, daughter, 40020 Citizen Place, Shawnee, OK 74801 8 Brett Wolfe, son, deceased. 4 Petitioner requests the Court to determine the identity of all heirs for the purposes described in Title 58, Oklahoma Statutes, Section 240. 5. That due search and inquiry have been made to ascertain if said deceased left any Will, but none has been found, and according to the best knowledge, information and belief of Petitioner, said deceased died intestate. 6. That Petitioner is the daughter of said deceased, and therefore, as Petitioner is advised and believes she is entitled to Letters of Administration of said estate. WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that the Court set this Petition for hearing, that due notice thereof be given by the Judge of said Court according to law, and upon said hearing and the proofs to be adduced, Letters of Administration of said estate may be issued to Petitioner, and the Court determine the identity of all heirs.
