of the agreement of counsel to the entry of this Order, and the Court having been otherwise
fully advised, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Plaintiff’s Motion is GRANTED in part.
2. Defendants corporate representative shall appear for deposition within
sixty (60) days of the November 18, 2020 mediation, in the event that the
Parties do not resolve the case at mediation.
