Dear David,
Please take notice that as per our lease agrêêmêñt dated August 1, 2007 between
Lundy's Management Corp., and Cherry Hill Gourmet, Inc., pursuant to provision Page 23
Section 16.8, Lundy Management Corp., has elected to obtain at least ten (10) parking spaces
19th
on East Street entrance on the immediate South West part of the parking lot adjacent to
the Annex Building effective September 1, 2015, for the use of Sub-Landlord's designees.
Lundy's Management Corp., will adjust and credit Cherry Hill Gourmet, Inc., rent in
accordance with all the rights under provision of the lease Section 16.8, which amounts to
$179.11 per parking space per month for a total of $1,791.10 per month credit to Cherry Hill
Gourmet Inc. Please let me know ifyou are in agreement with the above mentioned credit
calculations.
