Plaintiff, Homebridge Financial Services, Inc., moves this Honorable Court for an Order Granting
Motion to Substitute Party Plaintiff and in support thereof states:
| 1, On or about September 24, 2018, a Complaint was filed listing the name of the Plaintiff
as “Homebridge Financial Services, Inc.”
| 2. Subsequent to the filing of the present action, the underlying note and mortgage were
transferred. Accordingly, the Plaintiff name should be substituted to the current real party in interest “NewRez
LLC f/k/a New Penn Financial, LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing.”
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff prays that this Honorable Court will enter an Order Granting Motion to
Substitute Party Plaintiff.
