WHEREAS, a judgment was entered in the above-entitled action on or about
December 13, 2019 in the Supreme Court, County of Kings, in favor of SHAUL
KOPELOWITZ and against TOBY MOSKOWITZ and MICHAEL a/k/a YECHIEL
LICHTENSTEIN .in the sum of $6,350,225.00, which judgment was docketed on or about
December 16, 2019 in the office of the Clerk of the County of Kings, and said judgment has
been PARTIALLY satisfied in the sum of $3,091,374.17 and that a balañce of $3,258,850.83
remains on the judgment, plus interest accruiñg at the statutory rate.
THEREFORE, partial satisfaction of said judgment is hereby acknowledged, and the
said Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to partially cancel, satisfy, and discharge same to
the extent set forth herein.
