STIPULATED ORDER OF PARTIAL DISMISSSAL WITH PREJUDICE
THIS CAUSE having come to be heard on the stipulation of counsel for the parties
hereto, and this Court acknowledging the consent of the parties to this Order, and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED this action is
dismissed with prejudice, inclusive of all cross claims and counterclaims, if any, with each party
to bear its own costs and attorney’s fees. This Stipulation represents a full and final disposition
of this action, and the Court reserves jurisdiction to enforce the terms and conditions of the
Mediation Settlement Agreement between CUEVAS and PENA.
