COMPANY, is to provide daily logs pertaining for specific work on the interior of the second floor
of the building at 390 Greenwich over the two months prior to and including the date of the
plaintiff's date of accident within 30 days.
4) A compliance conference is scheduled for 1/31/23 at 12:00 p.m. via Microsoft Teams.
DISCOVERY TO PROCEED AS SCHEDULED. CC TO BE HELD ONLY IF THE NOTE
OF ISSUE IS NOT FILED
