THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on Stipulation between Plaintiff / Judgment
Creditor, WALDRON CARPENTRY, LLC, and Defendant / Judgment Debtor, GATES BUTZ
INSTITUTIONAL CONSTRUCTION, LLC, and it appearing that Gamishee, IBERIABANK, is
indebted to Defendant / Judgment Debtor, GATES BUTZ INSTITUTIONAL CONSTRUCTION,
LLC, and the Court having fully reviewed said Stipulation and otherwise being duly advised in the
premises, it is hereby:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. The aforementioned Stipulation as to Garnishment is hereby made an Order of this
Court.
2. Gamishee, IBERIA BANK, shall pay Plaintiff / Judgment Creditor, WALDRON
CARPENTRY, LLC, all of the funds contained in the gamished accounts for which let execution

Creditor, WALDRON CARPENTRY, LLC, with wiring instructions to be provided to Gamishee,
IBERIABANK, by counsel for Plaintiff / Judgment Creditor, WALDRON CARPENTRY, LLC.
3. Upon Gamishee’s, IBERIABANK, payment of all funds contained in the gamished
accounts to Plaintiff / Judgment Creditor, WALDRON CARPENTRY, LLC, the Writ of
gamishment shall be vacated and any further hold on the funds of Defendant’s, GATES BUTZ
INSTITUTIONAL CONSTRUCTION, LLC, accounts with said Gamishee shall be lifted.
