COMES NOW the Plaintiff, LELY VILLAS | CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and
moves for entry of a default by the Clerk of the above-entitled Court, against Defendants,
VINCENT PRINCIPE, JR., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VINCENT PRINCIPE, JR. and
UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/(OCCUPANT(S), only, and states:
Said Defendants were served with process, via publication of a Notice of Action, on April
10, 2015 and April 17, 2015, and, having failed to serve or file an answer to the Plaintiff's
Complaint filed herein as required by law, and the time allowed by law for answering having
expired, application is hereby made to the Clerk for entry of a Default against said Defendants.
