ORDERED that Plaintiff has established the need for the use of a pseudonym;
ORDERED that Plaintiff is permitted to file and proceed with the use of a pseudonym
and accompanying caption with a pseudonym in the claim under the Child Victim Act;
ORDERED that the parties to such claim refrain from disclosing Plaintiff's true identity
to the general public;
ORDERED that the parties to such claim direct all individuals or entities to whom
